A delivered personalized Tarot reading is generally final, because each reading is created individually for you and delivered digitally.

If you do not receive your reading within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at kiaanastrovision@gmail.com so we can investigate. Where appropriate, we will re-send your reading or issue a full refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, which are preserved.

2. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
